Technical Lead Cloud & Infrastructure

As a Technical Lead within Cloud & Infrastructure, you will combine technical leadership with hands-on delivery to design, implement, and continuously improve hybrid infrastructure solutions across Azure and on-premises environments. You will play a key role in advancing a cloud-first strategy with a strong focus on automation, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and engineering stakeholders to align technical execution with the roadmap, support developer productivity, and ensure stable, efficient operations across the hybrid platform.

• Act as the primary technical authority for the hybrid cloud team, balancing strategic direction with practical execution
• Partner with the Product Owner to translate roadmap priorities into technical plans and deliverables
• Guide architecture and solution design to ensure scalability, security, and high reliability
• Lead design and implementation of Azure infrastructure, including AKS/Kubernetes and automation frameworks
• Oversee integration and maintenance of on-premises infrastructure to enable seamless hybrid operations
• Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery approaches across cloud and on-prem environments
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation using tools such as Bicep and Terraform
• Streamline deployment and operations through DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Identify and implement cloud cost optimization initiatives and support vendor management
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in hybrid infrastructure and DevOps
• Support developer productivity tooling such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise

• Extensive knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes and hybrid cloud environments
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform and Bicep
• Strong understanding of containerization, orchestration, and deployment workflows using Kubernetes and related tooling
• Proficiency in integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud systems to meet high-performance and scalability needs
• Solid experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and driving automation across hybrid environments
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and ITSM frameworks, supporting developer teams

• Experience contributing to technical lead communities or cross-team technical forums
