Senior Fullstack Developer (Frontend-Focused)

You will join a cross-functional team building a new e-commerce platform in the telecom industry. The role is a senior fullstack position with a clear frontend focus, where you’ll take strong ownership for delivery and help raise technical quality and team maturity. This is not a formal lead role, but you are expected to naturally support the team through collaboration, sound engineering decisions, and a long-term mindset.

The environment is modern and frontend-driven, with close collaboration towards Java-based services and an API-driven architecture. The team also uses AI tools throughout the development lifecycle (including GitHub Copilot) and is exploring spec-driven ways of working to improve delivery and quality.

• Develop and evolve frontend solutions using React and Next.js
• Work in an API-driven setup with a solid understanding of integrations and system contracts
• Ensure high code quality, maintainability, and performance
• Participate actively in technical discussions and design decisions
• Support other developers through code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices and ways of working
• Use AI-assisted development tools pragmatically to enhance productivity and code quality

• Several years of experience developing complex, data-intensive web applications
• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Experience working fullstack in API-driven environments
• Strong understanding of frontend–backend interaction and integrations
• Comfortable collaborating with Java-based services (not as a backend specialist)
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Experience contributing through code reviews and technical mentoring
• Experience building e-commerce solutions within telecom
• Fluent Swedish and fluent English

• Experience with headless CMS (e.g., Contentful)
• Experience integrating with standardized CRM platforms
• Experience working in larger organizations with established architecture functions
• Experience with monorepo setups (e.g., Turborepo, pnpm)
• Experience with CI/CD via GitHub Actions and CircleCI
• Experience with testing using Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and/or Emotion
