Senior Frontend Lead New E-commerce Platform (Telecom)

Job Description

The client is looking for a highly senior Frontend Lead consultant to support a strategic initiative involving the development of a new telecom e-commerce platform.

The consultant will take technical leadership for the frontend domain within a cross-functional agile team.

The role focuses on technical execution, team guidance, and ensuring frontend quality, while aligning with existing architectural frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the development team on frontend technical topics.
• Ensure high code quality, maintainable architecture, and best practices.
• Make technical decisions within established architecture guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with standards and development guidelines.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Ensure smooth integration with backend services, CRM systems, and other enterprise platforms.
• Support agile processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with backend teams on API design, performance, and integration strategies.
