Project Management Lead (Remote)

Company context

VNT-001 AB is a Sweden-based operating company that builds and owns multiple brands across biotech/public-health products (institutional/B2B) and consumer health (supplements). The company runs a shared internal team and shared infrastructure across brands including manufacturing, packaging, regulatory coordination, logistics, and go-to-market execution. One biotech/public-health platform has fulfilled a ~$6M U.S. state-level contract for large-scale distribution of a public-health testing product. All work is internal and there is no client or agency work.

Short role summary

This role runs cross-brand execution including projects, vendors, manufacturing timelines, inventory signals, and internal coordination. The objective is stable output with real SKUs shipped on time, fewer surprises, and tighter systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own cross-brand project plans including milestones, owners, dependencies, and weekly execution cadence.
• Coordinate manufacturers, packaging vendors, and logistics partners to keep production moving.
• Track inventory and production plans and flag risk early such as stockouts, long lead-times, or quality holds.
• Build lightweight operating systems including SOPs, trackers, templates, and decision logs that scale.
• Keep change control organized including what changed, why, when, and how it impacts production and labeling.
• Translate leadership priorities into runnable workstreams with clear scope, deadlines, and closed loops.

Required skills/experience

• 2+ years in operations, program/project management, supply chain, or adjacent execution roles.
• Strong written communication including briefs, timelines, issue logs, and vendor follow-ups.
• Comfort switching between tactical work and systems building without losing accuracy.
• Basic cost literacy including COGS drivers, packaging costs, freight, scrap/rework, and margin impact.
• High reliability with consistent execution and predictable follow-through.

Ideal candidate profile

A structured generalist. You like clarity, momentum, and repeatable systems. You are comfortable being the operational glue across product, suppliers, compliance, and leadership.
