Junior Product Owner

You will take ownership of a digital product that supports dealer and workshop operations in a complex, cross-functional environment. The focus is on delivering a user-centric, business-aligned, and data-driven solution that creates measurable value. You will collaborate closely with commercial teams, regional organizations, business units, IT, R&D, service functions, and D365 program teams.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog and maintain a transparent roadmap.
• Lead iterative, agile product development.
• Ensure the solution supports efficient dealer and workshop processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial teams, regional organizations, business units, IT, R&D, service functions, and D365 program teams.
• Integrate AI, analytics, and data-driven insights into product decisions and development.
• Define and follow up on OKRs and KPIs to track product performance.
• Ensure compliance with strategic, security, and governance frameworks.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent.
• Experience in agile delivery and iterative development.
• Experience with digitalization of workshop or service processes.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of AI, data analytics, and digital ecosystems.
• Ability to define and monitor OKRs and KPIs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.

• Experience with UX, data, AI, or cloud.
