🍔 Restaurant Manager – Burger King Uppsala Central Station

Are you ready to lead a team in one of the world’s most recognized fast-food brands? We are opening a brand-new Burger King restaurant at Uppsala Central Station and are looking for a driven and passionate Restaurant Manager to join us from the start!

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant. You will lead and develop your team, ensure excellent service and product quality, and work actively to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Manage scheduling and staffing
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Take full responsibility for budget, performance, and cost control
• Monitor sales and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a leadership role within hospitality/service
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Results-driven and well-organized
• Good communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
• Experience with financial responsibility (budgeting, cost control) is an advantage
