System Developer (Fullstack) Level 4

Assignment Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior Fullstack System Developer to contribute to the development, maintenance, and support of advanced digital systems within a high-security environment. The assignment is part of an intelligence-focused IT unit responsible for delivering robust and modern solutions that support critical operations, including the detection and prevention of serious and organized activities.

The role involves working with modern technologies to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications, ensuring optimal system support and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in requirement analysis and collaborate with stakeholders, teams, and business units to define technical needs
• Design and propose scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with business objectives
• Translate requirements into structured development tasks and actionable deliverables
• Take on technical leadership responsibilities when required, guiding development activities
• Develop new applications and system functionalities using modern frameworks and tools
• Enhance and maintain existing systems to improve performance, reliability, and scalability
• Support system integration efforts across multiple platforms and services

Skills Required:

• Fullstack Development (Frontend & Backend)
• Angular or similar frontend frameworks
• Java (Spring Boot, Java EE)
• SQL & Relational Databases
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
• JBoss Application Server
• Linux Environment
• System Integration
• Secure Application Development

Technical Skills:

• Docker & Kubernetes (Meritorious)
• Agile Development Methodologies
• High-availability systems and secure architectures

Experience Required:

• Minimum 9+ years of experience as a System Developer
• Extensive experience in both frontend and backend development
• Proven experience working in secure and complex IT environments

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)

Language Requirements:

• Swedish – Proficient (Mandatory)

Work Scope:

• 40 hours per week (Full-time)

Additional Requirements:

• Swedish citizenship is mandatory
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
• Experience working in high-security and mission-critical environments
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Meritorious Experience:

• Experience working in organizations with strict security requirements
• Exposure to systems requiring high availability and reliability
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools
• Experience in agile development environments
