Senior IT Project Manager

We are seeking an IT Project Manager with extensive experience to plan and manage multiple IT initiatives in parallel, across teams and areas. This is one-year consultancy consultancy contract.

Expected Outcome: Delivery of IT project initiatives with a focus on CRM and adjacent systems, ensuring business and technical requirements are met.

Role & Responsibilites:

• Lead initiatives and tasks to completion across teams
• Align teams and stakeholders on project priorities
• Track timelines, plans, and deliverables
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
• Support development teams and escalate risks when necessary
• Report on progress, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, and other technical teams

Mandatory Reqiremnts

• IT Project Management Expert: Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, system transformations, or migrations
• Ability to set project goals, manage scope, timelines, and dependencies
• Experienced in test, cutover, and go-live activities
• Strong communication and reporting skills to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, APIs, Middleware, and multi-provider environments

• Sequencing of CRM task execution
• Data mapping and flow design
• Customer support and sales process knowledge
• Solution design, system architecture understanding

• Salesforce platform knowledge and admin skill
