Assignment Description

We are looking for a Medallia Platform Expert

What You Will Work On

  • Manage and maintain the Medallia platform for customer feedback and surveys
  • Optimize platform performance and ensure high availability
  • Develop and implement new features and enhancements
  • Analyze customer feedback data to improve insights and reporting
  • Collaborate with CRM and Customer Experience teams
  • Support continuous improvement of customer feedback processes
  • Ensure best practices in platform usage and configuration

What You Bring / Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience working with the Medallia platform
  • Medallia Admin Certification (mandatory)
  • Medallia Product Certification (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and CRM systems
  • Experience managing and enhancing feedback platforms
  • Ability to analyze and translate customer data into insights
