Assignment Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Define technical and capacity requirements for new production equipment
• Develop detailed specifications covering technical, functional, and quality requirements
• Support procurement and implementation of equipment such as inline laser welding with automated assembly
• Work with robotic soldering and sintering production lines
• Define requirements for fixtures and other production support tools
• Act as the main point of contact for equipment suppliers
• Participate in ongoing and upcoming prototype testing activities
• Establish and implement safety standards and requirements
• Identify training and competency needs for operation and maintenance teams
• Lead and manage FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) activities

What You Bring

• Experience in manufacturing or production engineering within industrial environments
• Strong understanding of automation, robotics, and production processes
• Experience in defining technical requirements and specifications
• Background in supplier interaction and equipment procurement
• Knowledge of quality assurance and safety standards in manufacturing
• Ability to manage testing phases such as FAT and SAT
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured way of working
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams
