Assignment Description

We are looking for a Project Assistant to support an assignment within the banking sector

What You Will Work On

• Coordinate and drive progress of an information security and compliance project
• Plan, track, and follow up on project activities and deliverables
• Act as a central point of coordination between PMO, stakeholders, and teams
• Manage project scope, objectives, and timelines
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies
• Prepare and maintain project plans and documentation
• Monitor project budgets and financial tracking
• Create status reports, presentations, and decision support materials
• Facilitate communication and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Support issue resolution and manage escalations when needed
