Senior System Developer (Delivery Team)

Job Description:

The client is seeking a Delivery Team consisting of senior system developers along with responsibilities covering Scrum leadership and requirements/testing functions. The objective is to strengthen development capacity and support the client’s strategic roadmap through efficient system delivery.

The assignment involves both enhancement of existing systems and development of new solutions based on business needs. In addition, the team will contribute to maintenance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of production systems.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing applications using modern technologies, collaborating in an agile environment, and ensuring high-quality delivery through testing and CI/CD practices. The role also involves coordinating development activities, supporting requirement analysis, facilitating Scrum processes, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

The team will be accountable for delivering scalable and reliable solutions, participating in deployment processes, and contributing to documentation, knowledge sharing, and user-centric improvements.

Experience Required:

Minimum 6–10 years of experience in system development with strong exposure to agile environments

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and system development
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API development
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Kafka, WSO2, and JBoss
• Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Agile methodologies (Scrum), BDD/TDD practices, and tools like Jira, GitLab, and Cucumber
• Experience in testing, requirements management, and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma)
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)

Language Requirement:

Swedish – Proficient (Mandatory)

English – Professional level
