Assignment Description

We are currently seeking a Quality Systems Manager on behalf of a client within the Life Science sector.

What You Will Work On

• Establish and maintain quality processes within the Quality Management System
• Evaluate and approve suppliers as part of the Supplier Quality Board
• Manage supplier quality issues (SCARs) and oversee corrective actions
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Support quality activities across development, manufacturing, and analysis
• Handle quality-related processes such as complaints, CAPAs, and change controls
• Drive continuous improvements in quality systems and processes

What You Bring

• Experience working as a Quality Systems Manager or similar role within Life Science
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and supplier quality processes
• Experience handling supplier quality issues and corrective actions (SCARs)
• Knowledge of complaints, CAPA, and change control processes (CC)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with procurement and supply chain teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Proactive, flexible, and adaptable mindset
• High level of integrity and ability to take initiative
