Summer worker – Automation Tester

About the position

We are now looking to appoint a summer worker for the Digital Solutions group in the IT division. The Digital Solutions group is responsible for maintaining, developing, and deploying different applications.

As a Automation Tester summer worker, your tasks will primarily focus o support the team in the development and implementation of automated test scripts for different platforms and execute them in different environments.

About you

A suitable background for this position would be:

• Having a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience with test automation (e.g. TestComplete or Playwright or Selenium)
• Experience with CI/CD implementation (e.g. GitLab and Kubernetes) is advantageous
• Good knowledge of Scripting language - Java Scripts or JS or HTML
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Minimum age 18 years.

Duration and location

This is a summer work position of 12 weeks. Planned start date is June 8, 2026 or per agreement.

Your workplace is on-site at ESS in Lund, Sweden.
