Project Engineer focusing on EMC - Intertek

As a Project Engineer, you will work in our EMC lab, where you will perform practical, hands-on testing of customer products. Your work will ensure compliance with relevant directives and product standards for both consumer and industrial applications.

You will work independently in a project-driven role while being part of a collaborative team of experienced engineers. The position combines technical expertise, customer interaction, and problem-solving in a dynamic laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on EMC testing of customer products in our laboratory.

• Ensure compliance with applicable directives and product standards.

• Read, interpret, and apply technical standards relevant to testing.

• Prepare clear and accurate test reports for customers.

• Work directly with customers, who may participate in parts of the testing.

• Identify and solve technical challenges during testing.

• Manage your own projects in a structured and efficient manner.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to achieve shared team goals.

Your background should involve:

• Engineering degree or similar, preferably combined with practical experience from the electrical industry.

• A few years of experience in measurement technology and verification.

• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills in English, as you will work with international customers.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
